Q:How do I find the product I am looking for?
A: There are two ways to find the product you are looking for.
1) On the left hand side of the screen is a categories list. These categories show the major divisions of our e-store, much like aisles in a hardware store.
Click on the appropriate category for the area you're interested in and follow the links until you find the exact product you're looking for.
2) On the top right of every page is a search bar, just enter the item name/category area (e.g. Paint Brush) and click Search. Our website will display all the products matching your search. Use wide parameters. Our search engine is a huge rumbling dreadnought that searches the exact words you've typed entered and might not pick up on alternative spellings or product names.

Q: How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
A: You need to be at the product detail level of our website to add a product to the shopping cart. This is the page with a large image of your product and a description beneath it.
On the right side of the screen, important information like Our Price versus Their price is displayed. Below, you'll see the Buy it Now section. Type the quantity of the product you want to order in the text field below 'Buy It Now' and click the Order button.
You will be taken to the Shopping Cart screen. Your product is safely tucked away in your shopping cart while you choose to either start another search, or pay for your bitz now.

Q: How do I view items in my shopping cart?
A: To view items in your shopping cart, click the View Cart link on the top right of the page.

Q: How do I get to the checkout?
A: When you've finished idling through The Combat Company armoury, and you want to pay for your bitz, you need to login or create an account
Once you're logged in, click the Checkout link at the top right hand side of the page.
You'll need to confirm Customer Information, such as customer address and delivery address. select a postage method and click Continue. Double check your order details. If the postage method you selected was a bit more expensive than you had in mind, click Back and select another method.
When you're happy with your order, click Order Now. You'll be taken to our payment page where you select your payment method and click Continue.

Q: How do I edit the items in my shopping cart?
A: To view and edit items in your shopping cart, click on the View Cart link on the top right of the page.
To change the quantity of your order, type the new quantity into the textbox and click the Recalculate button.
To remove an item, select the Remove checkbox beside the item and click the Recalculate button.
Your shopping cart will be refreshed and the new details will apply to your order.

Q: My shopping cart has disappeared!
A: The Combat Company website has a shopping cart timer, in case someone forgets they have a shopping cart open and then abandons their computer. We've only had one reported incident of a timed-out cart. If you're planning on putting items into your shopping cart over an extended period of time, use the Wish List function (below) and when you've finished, you can turn the Wish List into a real order.

Q: How do I use the Wish List?
A: The wish list can be used to add products to a shopping cart that never really expires - it's like having a Christmas List that grows and grows and grows.
When you see a product that you want, but you're not planning to buy it now, scroll to the bottom of the product details screen and click 'Save Wishlist'.
You will need to either Login or Sign Up. When you've logged in, you'll be taken to our Customer Service page where you can view your never-ending wishlist.
When that special day comes along and you're ready to buy the products in your wishlist, log in to the-war-lord and revisit the Customer Service page. Your wish list will be waiting for you - you can edit the quantities of items, remove items, and add more items, then proceed to checkout for payment.

Q: How do I create an account?
A: You can create an account with The Combat Company at any stage, even if you don’t plan on buying anything immediately.
Click on the Login link located at the top centre of the page. To create your new account, click Sign Up and enter your details. Don't worry about signing up - we don't sell your information to anyone, we don't send you useless spam. This is purely so we can process your order quickly and easily and get your bitz to you - important information like name, contact details and such.

Q: Can I come and pick up the goods I have ordered?
A: Alas, pick-ups are not an option. The Combat Company is an internet-only business, but we do see ourselves opening a retail outlet in the future.

Q: How do I know if The Combat Company has a product in stock?
A: Once you've found your product and you're on the product details page, you'll see the Quantity In Stock displayed on the right-side of the page. However, since we also have an eBay store and cash sales, the quantity displayed should be used as a guide and not a guarantee that the item is available.

Q: What happens if I order a product that is out of stock?
A: Within 24 hours we'll contact you to let you know of the options we can offer. This may be a short wait for the product to arrive, a credit for the product or you may choose another product.

Q: I have ordered a Special Order In Item. How long will it take to arrive?
A: Special Order In Items take roughly one to two weeks to arrive to us. Within 2 working days we'll contact you to let you know roughly how long until we have your special order in item ready for you. If anything changes regarding your product, we will inform you immediately.

Q: Are your products New or Used?
A: Unless otherwise noted in the product description, all products sold by The Combat Company are brand new. This means that the box sets are sealed in their original wrapping. Bitz are fresh and cut from the sprue by our well-trained slaves.

Shipping and Postage
Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: The Combat Company has multiple options for shipping, domestic (Australia) and international with standard and registered options for both. Each option has a set start price which can be found on the Shipping and Returns page.
Our website also has a automatic freight calculator that uses the size and weight of the goods purchased to give you a fair freight cost.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes we do! Unless you live in Indonesia or Nigeria.

If you are an existing account holder, log in and process your payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, either sign up or follow the prompts to process your payment.
To pay by credit card, on the Payment Information screen complete the Credit Card Payment form, entering your

- Card Number
- Name on Card
- Expiry Date
- Card Holder Address
- Card Verification Number
If your order contains special order-in items or items that are not in stock, we will contact you with your order status and expected delivery date, then we will manually process the payment and delete your credit card details from our system.
This means that when you enter your credit card details on our website, your payment will not automatically be deducted from your credit card account - it will be manually processed within 24 hours.
This means better control over funds for you, easier refunds for us and safer purchases for all.

Q: Something happened as I was trying to pay! Oh-no!
A: If something happened while you were trying to pay and you are not able to continue then please email us using the Contact Us page. Make sure you include your surname and your intended payment method. Within 24 hours we will send you the information you require to complete the transaction.

Q: I don’t live in Australia. How do I change the currency?
A: The Combat Company currently supports five different currencies (Australian Dollar, United States Dollar, British Pound, Canadian Dollar and the European Euro). If you would like to change the currency, click on the “Change Currency” drop down box on the left-side of the page and select your currency. All products on the site and in your cart will be displayed in your selected currency.

Q: You do not have my currency on your website.
A: If we do not have your currency listed on our website, choose the most familiar currency (usually the United States Dollar). During the payment process, PayPal will convert the amounts correctly for both yourself and the-war-lord.

Q: I need a copy of my invoice.
A: If you require a copy of you invoice to be sent to you, email us using the Contact Us page. Include your order number, surname and that you require a copy of the invoice. Within 24 hours we will email a copy to you.
