Postage and Handling

Postage and handling charges are generated automatically depending on what country you are having the goods sent to and the size and weight of the goods.

 

Remember that our postage charges include:

1)       Handling (the time it takes to pack the parcel/s)

2)       The cost of the goods needed to pack the parcel

 

 

Domestic Postage & Handling

 

Australia Post Standard Mail 
  • starts at $1.99 and increases depending on how much you buy
  • usually takes 2 to 7 days from receipt of payment to delivery
  • no tracking or insurance - customers who choose this method are doing so at their own risk
  • examples: one small bitz order $3, one small box set $6, one large box set $10

 

Australia Post Registered Mail

  • starts at $7.99 and increases depending on how much you buy
  • usually takes 2 to 7 days from receipt of payment to delivery
  • includes Registered Mail tracking - you will have to sign to accept your parcel
  • examples: one small bitz order $8, one small box set $11, one large box set $14
 

Orders over AUD$100 - Australia Only

  • when you spend over AUD$100.00 or more excluding shipping
  • ACT, NSW, SA, VIC and Brisbane are free
  • TAS and Regional Queesland are $7.49
  • Northern Territory and Western Australia are $9.99
  • usually takes 1 to 7 days from receipt of payment to delivery
  • includes Registered Mail tracking - you will have to sign to accept your parcel

 

 

International Postage & Handling

 

Standard Air Mail
  • starts at AUD$3.99 and increases depending on how much you buy
  • can take up to 14 days from receipt of payment to delivery
  • does not have any tracking or insurance
  • customers who choose this method are doing so at their own risk
  • 99% of international orders are sent via this method with very few parcels going missing or being damaged.

 

Registered Air Mail

  • starts at AUD$14.99 and increases depending on how much you buy
  • can take up to 14 days from receipt of payment to delivery
  • includes up to $200.00 free insurance if the parcel is lost or damaged.
  • you will have to sign to accept your parcel which means that you have peace of mind that there is no way your parcel will be lost

 

We do not offer any express air mail because we have never been asked.

 

Returns:

·          If you have incorrectly ordered a product and would like to return it there is a 20% restocking fee

·          any money left over is allocated as store credit

·          returns are accepted if they are received back within 14 days of our being notified of a problem

·          returns must be in their original packaging and sealed in their original wrapper or they will not be accepted
